Skin care with home remedies

Do you urgently need a treatment for your skin, but your cosmetics shelf is yawning empty? Are you kidding me? Are you serious when you say that! Take a look in your kitchen or refrigerator; you'll find a lot of things there that you can use for skin care.

The milk product can be used in many areas. In the event of sunburn, it provides pleasant cooling for stressed skin and provides it with moisture again. To do this, apply the quark directly to the skin and leave it on for about ten minutes. Insect bites can also be cooled in this way.

Would you like to treat your skin to a mask but don't have any on hand? No problem, just grab an egg. If you have oily skin, apply the whipped egg white to your skin and let it work for around 15 minutes. If you have dry skin, use egg yolk mixed with a little olive oil.

Coconut oil

Coconut oil is a fragrant all-rounder that can be used in a relatively wide range of areas. It is absorbed quickly compared to other oils and is therefore particularly suitable for relaxing massages. At the same time, it has an anti-inflammatory effect and can be used sparingly even on impure skin. In many Asian countries it is used as a makeup remover.

Honey, honey – this spread has it all. It has antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects. A mask with honey makes tired skin shine again and supplies your skin with valuable nutrients. It is a rich care product for dry and cracked skin.

olive oil

Olive oil nourishes dry skin and has a moisturizing effect. It can be used particularly well on the often rough backs of the elbows or heels. It moisturizes your skin and relieves persistent itching. It is ideal as an oil for massages.
